What do I get?
The CV Kit (R99) has 6 designer CV templates, 3 matching cover letter templates, a phrase bank with ready-made CV lines for 15 common South African jobs, our SA CV rules guide and a step-by-step how-to video. The Job Hunter Kit (R149) adds an interview pack, a job-hunt tracker and follow-up message templates.
How do I get my kit?
Straight after you pay. You'll see a download button on the confirmation page, and we email you the download link too.
What app do I need to edit the CVs?
The templates are Word files that you edit yourself. We recommend the free Microsoft Word app (Android and iPhone), because it keeps the design exactly as it should look. They also work in the free Google Docs app. If you prefer Canva, you can import a template into the Canva app and edit it there, but some spacing can shift, so check it before you download your CV. Please install the Word app before you start.
Is this an online CV builder?
No. You download the templates and edit them yourself in Word, Google Docs or Canva. That's why we never see your details.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Everything works on your phone. Our how-to video, on each product page and at templify.co.za/pages/videos, shows you exactly how to fill in your CV and save it as a PDF in the Word app.
Do you see my CV details?
No. You fill in the templates on your own phone or computer. Your details never reach us.
I've never had a job. Will this help me?
Yes. The Fresh Start template is made for a first CV, and the phrase bank includes lines for school, studies, volunteering, community work and helping in a family business.
How do I pay?
By card, Capitec Pay or the other options shown at checkout. It's a once-off payment, not a subscription.
What if I'm not happy?
Ask for a refund within 7 days of buying, no questions asked. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number. See our Refund Policy.
Will this get me a job?
Nobody can promise that. The kit helps you send a professional CV that gives you a much better chance of being shortlisted.
Can I share the files with friends?
The kit is for your own job applications. Please don't share or resell the files.
