Instant digital delivery

All Templify products are digital downloads. Nothing is posted, and there are no delivery fees.

• When: straight after your payment succeeds, normally within a few minutes.
• Where: a download button on your order confirmation page, and a download link emailed to the address you gave at checkout.
• Videos: links to our how-to videos are inside your kit's "Start Here" guide.
• Download again: your email link can be used more than once. If it stops working, contact us and we'll send a new one.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still don't have your download within 1 hour of paying, email templify.za@gmail.com or WhatsApp 068 119 4256 with your order number, and we'll send it to you.
