Purpose: to sell and deliver our digital products, process payments and refunds, answer customer questions, send marketing to people who agree to it, run our website and ads, and keep records the law requires.
Categories of people and information:

- Website visitors: device and browser data, IP address, cookies and pages visited
- Email subscribers: email address and marketing choices
- Service providers: business contact and payment details
We don't receive or store customers' CV details. Customers fill in our templates on their own devices.

Transfers outside South Africa: some providers process information outside South Africa. We only use providers bound by law or their terms to protect it to a standard substantially similar to POPIA, as section 72 requires.
Security: we use established, secure providers, strong passwords with two-step verification on our accounts, and limited access to information.
